Dear Clients and Friends,

Due to the continually changing mandates by both state and federal agencies regarding the COVID-19 virus, TKCPA continues to update our process for client contact and office routines. TKCPA wants to ensure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to keep our clients and staff safe while also continuing to provide our clients with exceptional service. We are taking a proactive approach to accommodate both staff and clients. During this challenging time, here are some additional ways that we can work with you.

Technology Resources

  • Zoom—a video communication platform that we use to meet virtually with clients if unable to meet in person. If you have a scheduled meeting with our team in the near future we will be reaching out to reschedule with a zoom meeting and instruct you on how to use this feature.

  • Client Portal—our portal is the most secure way to upload/download all of your documents. Every client already has a portal. If you are not familiar with your portal and need to get documents to us, please email us at info@tkcpa.com and we will call you with a free tutorial on how to efficiently and successfully use this feature.
